Buy your energy your way

You’re the customer. So we do everything we can to fit our products and services to your needs. With flexible purchasing, you can track the market prices and decide when and how to buy your electricity during your contract, which could mean lower electricity costs.  You’ll have access to both the short and long term markets, and direct access to our retail energy traders. Everything’s transparent, and you’re always in control.

How it works

We’ll agree the contract terms with you, to cover the volume of electricity you need. We’ll also agree a fixed management fee, along with any balancing and shape costs. Then you’re free to buy some or all of your electricity through a number of small tranches – for months, seasons, quarters and years. You can also transact within month, and always at live market prices.

You can unfix transactions, and buy energy using a variety of indexes. We’ll provide a number of detailed reports to show how your purchases compare to the current market prices, and how much energy you have open.  Of course, you’re not on your own. You get direct access to a dedicated and experienced account manager who will answer all of your questions and ensure speedy resolution to any queries you may have. We’ll also provide a free daily market report, giving an overview of the market and up-to-date prices, helping you make informed purchase decisions.

You’ll then get a clear, accurate and transparent monthly invoice, and an online report showing how the cost of your energy is calculated.
