Planning to move

Ideally you should contact us at least 28 days before you move. Please download our Change of Tenancy form using the link on the right and return the completed form to us as soon as possible.

Changes in gas usage

If you're moving into a new property and there will be a significant change in gas consumption due to business nature or the addition/removal of equipment; we will endeavour to review your contracted volume to reflect these changes .  Please let us know about these changes by completing and returning our Gas Usage Review form which can also be downloaded using the links on the right. Any changes in power consumption will be dealt with separately by your Account Manager.

Already moved

If you have already moved and not informed us, you will remain responsible for the supply to the premises and all costs associated with it. To avoid any unnecessary hassle, please contact our Change of Tenancy team as soon as possible so we can ensure you receive an accurate final bill. In some cases, supporting documentation may be requested.
