We encourage you to submit monthly meter readings to ensure you get an accurate bill based on your actual consumption.
Gas customers
For customers who don't use AMR, we arrange for a meter reading agency to visit your site or sites on a monthly basis to take actual meter readings.
Sites using less than 292,980kWh per annum will be visited on a 6 monthly basis. However, you may wish to read your own meters and contact us with your readings each month so that we can create an accurate bill based on actual consumption.
You can give us your meter reading over the phone by calling our customer services team on the number below. Alternatively, you can fill out a meter reading form and return this to us by email or fax. You will have received some meter reading forms with your welcome pack but these can also be downloaded using the links on the right.

Power customers
If you do not use smart meters and want to avoid estimate bills, you can submit actual meter readings using our online services portal. Your login details will have been provided with your welcome pack but if you need reminded of these, please contact our customer services team on 0845 230 0751.
