Gas customers
If you're a gas customer, simply print and complete a Direct Debit mandate form and return it to us.

Power customers
If you're a power customer, you can either submit your Direct Debit details online using our online services portal or you can print and complete a Direct Debit mandate form and return it to us.

All Direct Debit transactions are covered by the Direct Debit Guarantee.
