This position is responsible for the Transaction of Retail trades, between Gazprom Retail customers (& Brokers) and Gazprom’s Wholesale Trading business.
The key task of this role is to enable the expansion of the GM&T Retail business initially in the UK, by building relationships with Brokers /Customers and managing this relationship effectively and efficiently to result in the expansion of our portfolio.

Billing Analyst
The Power Billing team provides core billing services for the Gazprom M&T Retail Power business and is responsible for the accurate and timely production of all half hourly and non half hourly metered invoices for Retail Power portfolio. This role extends to all of the supporting data quality aspect of both customer and industry data. Pro-active identification of data irregularities that can be resolved prior to an invoice supports the GMTR vision of market leading services.
The primary objective of this role is the production of the invoices and ongoing customer service to support this process. The role will involve liaising with customers and responding to queries to ensure a high level of customer service. The role will also involve liaising internally with other departments to resolve any outstanding billing queries.

Junior Business Capability Analyst x2
As part of the Capabilities team, the successful candidate will be responsible for the analysis of the Retail business processes and assist with the various projects of integration. His/hers role will cover a wide scope of projects and tasks, from the development of financial analysis, analysis of our product offering to the implementation of new processes.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring that appropriate processes and platforms are in place to drive efficiency and growth, while supporting new business and market opportunities both in existing and new products.
The role would be based in Manchester and would include regular travels to Europe.
